Mine didnt have it with the car so does anybody know where to get these? I hear they're hard to find. Also, will the dc2 type r strut bar fit on a em1? How do I tell a fake from a real one because every thread says different crap.

 

Del Sol, GSR Integra, and Civic SI all use the same part number.



It's a bar with a couple mounting plates welded to it. They're cheap, even used. I wouldn't worry too much about a "fake" one.

 

^ This. All OEM honda strut bars will fit your EM1. If they look worn, repaint them.

 

lol a fake strut tower bar, i remember seeing them in stacks on the old jdmhonda page. i gotta couple in my garage.

 

Well this one is hollow and from what ive read elsewhere that the real itr ones are hollow. Either way im getting it for free. My buddy wants to trade for my cracked header. This is an itr bar.

 

I have the GSR black one like pictured just waiting to be installed.

After the wire tuck is when it will be a permanent fixture.

 

How much you paying for a tuck? Ima be doing the same thing soonish. This bar is like a gold/aluminum color I think

 

I have a harness guy using same spec as Rywire and WireWorx for about 1/4 less. He does headlight harness' as well.

I got rid of the ugly stock bar, and went with the ITR version, so much nicer!
