Default No start issues

Alright guys. B16a2 in a 95 SI stock untouched p28

my car randomly died on me pulling into my house. The fuel pump won't turn on and there is no spark. The pump, main relay, distributor and plugs have all been replaced with brand new parts and it still won't turn over. Any ideas of what is next to try?

Which fuses did you check? Voltage test fuses 31 and 24. Click the Fuses link in my signature.

Also test the main relay.

And a stock p28 is not the right ECU for the B16a2.

i checked 31 and 24 per your link and they both test fine, The main relay itself is brand new, I also tested the plug and it has power. I am using the stock harness which is why the p28 is there.

The stock P28 is for a SOHC engine. You have a DOHC engine. Get the right ECU for your engine or you'll quickly destroy it.

Check whether the main relay plug gets battery voltage from fuse 31 and 24.

This^ would be fine. But get the base map chip before you run the engine again. You can troubleshoot and solve the problem without running the engine.
