I have a LS/VTEC built Engine in my 1995 EH9 Honda civic and its smoking on high revs, a friend of my told me that I needed to charge the rings but there is a problem I don't know which ring size to buy. Its a B18A1 block, any suggestions on which size rings to buy?

Hastings and NPR are good options as well

 

You'll need to have your cylinder walls honed while the pistons are out. Have the machine shop mic your block to see exactly what size you'll need. Assuming your motor has never been ripped apart, you probably need +5 rings, which are .005mm oversized.
