b18 wont turn over
i have a 2000 civic manual with a b18. Driven everyday with no problems until this am. I try to start it this morning and it wont crank and when I try to it loses all electrical power for a few minutes then the power comes on and everything works until I try to start it again. it doesn't even try to turn over. The battery is good.

radio has 12 volt until I try to start (old pioneer with gauge displays)
I lose absolutely all power when I turn the key to start, with the key on or off. until it come back a few minutes later.

I actually had this happen the other morning to me, I thought I was some type of electrical drain my car was having, after checking what would be obvious, I noticed something on my floor board and realized the neutral safety switch had lost the little rubber grommet that makes contact with the switch to engage it. This may be your problem, assuming your car is 5 speed, and isnt bypassed, if so a simple cheap fix is what your looking at. Hope this helps
Clutch switch is intact
Both grounds are good
It's that it loses all electrical power when i turn the key that really has me stumped. Would a bad starter do that? All fuses are good too.
Thanks
