ok i have a 93 integra ls and i just got it and replaced the head/ head gasket timing belt, water pump, intake manifold gasket, okay at first it ran fine then i took the battery out thinking it was bad and it wasnt put battery back in and it acted crazy, turn lights on temp gauge starts rising, hit gas and boggs down okay i checked ground and fixed the problem now my car drives fine when i first crank up but when i gets warm starts cutting off when i stop and then oil light comes on or it ildes REAL LOW then oil lights comes on or flashes can somebody please help me????

youve got wiring problems. maybe when you pulled the head your pinched some wires in the harness. id start by removing the engine harness and looking for any obvious signs.

 

Make sure you have a real solid ground between the trans and the chassis.

Bad grounds makes your car act like its possesed. Kinda like what you are describing.

 

im gonna run new ground and hope that fixes my problem but i took plug wires out today and they were covered in oil.
