slow crank/ no gears when running
Okay well heres the deal first offf the motor cranks slow as poop when i try to start it just started happening recently car does not drive so i do not charge the battery often other than with my plug in charger. took it to autozone they said it was good so i went home checked all my teminals and grounds all good.
next problem is that when my car is off it will shift fine and when i turn it on i cannot get into any gear also when i hold the clutch down and try to start it the car lurches. i have had the clutch replaced twice and put slave cylinders into it i have not changed the clutch master cylinder yet but that is because it still holds pressure and no leaks now when i replaced the clutch i didnt replace the throw out bearing. no idea what could cause this so confused. please help if possible.
also the motor is a gsr of some sorts dont know year because its in a 92 civic.

did it start cranking slow at the same time as it not wanting to go into gear?
if so, i'd double check everything from the clutch pedal to the pressure plate. sounds like clutch needs bleeding, maybe a bent clutch fork or maybe a bad/improperly adjusted clutch master cylinder.

yeah it cranked fine once after the clutch was installed seen some sparks on the ground where the motor grounds to the body which im assuming some voltage is going somewhere it shouldnt seeing that the ground there is used for rf signals and what not but i have bled the clutch numerous times and there is no air there is almost no clutch travel though... also never thought of a bent clutch fork

huh. if your seeing sparks when you put a ground wire onto the motor, maybe your alternator wire to the batt is somehow touching the block?
If your seeing sparks, you have a connection problem, either a ground or power connection.
The slow crank is most likely due to clutch not disengaging properly, "also when i hold the clutch down and try to start it the car lurches".
Pull the transmission and check clutch install, [replace TO bearing] and confirm fork is not bent and installed properly. 94

so i replaced the fork and the throw out bearing still nothing checked clutch placement while i was in there as well the alignment tool went in and out like butter

The clutch is not disengaging properly, possibly master CC, have someone step on the clutch as you watch the slave cylinder rod movement.
If little movement, [not enough to disengage clutch] try adjusting the clutch peddle. 94
