S2000 HORRIBLE ticking... video

I just rebuilt my head and I started it only to hear this... any idea what it could be?

Sounds like the timing chain tensioner.

If its TCT, then you forgot to pull the pin, or somethings missing.
I believe its your valve adjustment... way off, valves left loose or done wrong.

Did you rebuild the head yourself? What was replaced in the head exactly?

Its not the common TCT issue, but it does sound like a problem with the timing chain.

Somehow this happened.
To my fully built head by rob morse.
Gotta love that ****, ordering a new head from honda now.
