Default EPS Problem

I unhooked eps connectors from eps motor without disconnecting battery first. Re-hooked the connectors and now no power steering.. I tried the manual reset with no luck... Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Just looking for suggestions before paying Honda 100$ for 15 seconds of labor. Thanks in advance.

2004 ep3.

Are you getting voltage to the EPS? Are you getting any voltage out?
