Car not warming up
Dont think so, because I replaced the heatercore and thermostat because I didnt have heat. I still dont have heat and the only way the car will warm up is if it idles for 10 mins, then it will warm up and I will have heat.

Are your fans always on? if you started it up and got RIGHT ON the freeway would it heat up within 3-5 miles?
If your fans are always on that's the problem.
if it heats up on the freeway within 5 miles it's ok.
If your thermostat was stuck open it would never get up to temp unless you ran it very hard or took a trip up a steep grade.
If it does get up to temp during regular boring driving then no worries. Also remember.. it's much colder outside now so cars should take a bit longer to warm up. I remember starting my car in SLC, UT in the middle of winter when it was 8 degrees outside... it took my car A LONG DAMN TIME to heat up!!
BTW: are you going to the autocross at Cheney stadium this sunday in tacoma???

never gets up to operating temp while driving. Fan is not always on. If i let it idle for 10 mins it will warm up, and I will have heat, but once i start driving, it will slowly get colder.

ok.. replace your thermostat, again.
IMO: that's the only thing that could be wrong. That's only part that would let full loads of coolant run through the motor. If it isn't bad than something is causing it to stick open and you will have to figure that out.
now again, are you going to the autocross?
