Will f23a swap fit in with out changing ecu and wire harness??

 

You'll have to modify parts of the harness for it to work properly. Basic OBD2>OBD1 engine harness changes like extending wires for the sensor's different locations. Please use the search function as it's been covered before. Many will say 'it's not worth it' but you'll have to determine for yourself if it is or isn't.
