Default manual trans fluid options?

Wanting some options. I'm running a ctr b16b / lsd trans combo. I know there is honda MTF or you can use a 10w30 oil. Can I use a synthetic 10w30? Any better options?

^^^Agreed

Torco MTF for a daily driven vehicle
Torco RTF for vehicles that see some track time

Have you checked local speed shops? I live in the absolute middle of nowhere in eastern Canada (population of 17,000 people) and I can get it locally in town but i has to be ordered in.

Just looked on Torco's website and only Colorado dealers are 250 miles away.

You can order directly from us (or our dealers) and we can ship anywhere within the US flat-rate.

I remember checking their website too and they only showed 2 dealers in all of Canada, the closest one was something like an 18 hour drive from me. But like I said a local speed shop here can order it in for me, you may be in the same situation.

Do not run Honda MTF. Run non-synthetic 10w-30 and change out to Torco once you get it. Change the fluid every 7,000 miles if it is just a daily driver.
