Icon3 Civic 1998 problems

Greetings once again ya'll.

So I'm having a few problems with my 1998 Honda civic Automatic with 165k Miles.

Recently My car was throwing codes for:
P0501 VSS
P0135 o2 Sensor
P0325 Knock Sensor

So I replaced all of these parts and the codes keep coming back. All the parts where purchased from Autozone and have warrenty and I don't think that is the problem. Recently the cars lights (In dash, and outside) have been flickering and when the car is at idle, it sounds like a child saying "room room" very slowly nonstop.... (Hope you know what i mean)... Anyways the idle sounds like it's off a tad, the CEL is constantly on and the codes listed previously won't go away.

I did a Ghetto alternator test, "Unplugg the ground while the car is on". and the car struggled to stay on and the lights wen't nutts... Possibly indicating that the alternator is going bad... I'm wondering though if it could be some of the fuses or possibly some of the ground running through the car. Any ideas would be awesome. I will be taking it to autozone to test the alternator.

Thanks in advance.

Check fuse 15 in your under-dash fuse box. Your symptoms almost perfectly mimic the fuse 15 TSB.

I checked and it was missing the 15 fuse. Popped one in and it seems like the VSS ruff idle etc is solved... CEL is still lit and the knock/o2 codes won't go away.

Reset your ECU, see if the codes come back.

Pull back up fuse under hood for 15- 20 sec. I believe its a 7.5 amp. Make sure if you have the factory radio you have the code for it or you wont have any tunes any more.

Easiest way is to just disconnect the battery cables for 15-20 seconds.
