it looks authentic to me...if you're asking if it fits an integra, then the answer is yes.
a civic has the notch on the spline vertical...where the one in the pic is horizontal...

If only the put the horn button else where (like the middle of the steering wheel).
I accidentally press the horn button everyonce in a while on my USDM wheel during autox
