Default bad sleeve work??? built sleeved ls-v high coolant pressure

Hi everyone....I have a 94 integra gsr running low boost (5psi) with a built ls vtec.motor was sleeved, bored out to 85.5mm cp pistons 13:1 compression dome pistons has eagle rods, arp head and main stud.s, some port work on the head and thats about it.has a new thermostat, half core radiator....got it running for the first time..compression read 270psi all the way across....took it out and drove it around the block a couple times....no big deal....didnt beat on it too hard..it got warm..but didnt over heat....it stayed in the mid temp range..but I noticed the bottom hose was cold..didnt think too much of it...but then drove it just a lil further, layed into the gas a lil...got a chirp out of the tires...lol was all fun and games till the upper radiator hose blew clean off...thought it was just maybe a bad hose clamp....so I put the hose back on and used a new clamp....and tightened the crap out of it.....was enogh to get it back home...so I started it up and putted it home....white smoke pouring out, got Iit back in the garage and I noticed the upper and lower radiator hoses were both swolen up...the one with the new clamp looked like I stuffed a baseball in my radiator hose....could the motor I have have some cracked or loose sleeves? Besides the obviously blown head gasket...no milky oil though....how could an engine blow a head gasket that fast? I didnt overheat it...barely drove it...and the sleeves are loose or something like that is it fixable? And how expensive to fix? I have a lot of timein this project... going to do a compression check to see which cylinder is leaking, and throwing coolant out of the exaust as well....

And I checked the compression....#4 was at 295psi, #3 was at 250psi, #2 was at 245psi, and #1 was at 215psi....and it was wierd when I did the compression check the radiator would puff out smoke when I checkef the #1 cylinder. ..and only the #1 for some reason....I wonder wasup with this motor....I wonder if the sleeves wernt seated properly. ...? I know the head gasket is blown...and I had the head resurfaced before I put the motor together...torqued the head down tight 85 ft pounds on arp head studs ...

Does anyone have a reasonable explanation? Could I do a leak down test on the motor?to see if its just the headgasket or something more complicated?.....or would that give at least a general idea.....
