My 2000 Honda Civic is acting very strange and I'm not sure what it could be...

When warm starting (only semi warm) like sitting MORE the 10 minutes, but LESS the 45 (from operating temp)

The car will start very weakly, stumble, get low oil pressure light

The car then "smooth" out to around 600 rpm (but what looks like 200 on the dash, it feels very low and is rough.

When I go to set the gas (MANUAL TRANSMISSION) it will miss when I hit about 2000 rpm (throwing codes P0301,P0304,P0300 (sometimes just P0301, depending on how hard i push it)

I am at a loss because it is so picky, it drives great. (and starts great FULLY cold or VERY warm) which is SUPER confusing to me.

I gave it a full tune up (wires,plugs,rotor,distributer,oil/air filter...

ANY IDEAS OR ADVICE MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!
