Default To much vaccum

My build is
84x89 14.cr
Ported b16 head with ddtech reapers
3 inch intake with stack
Itr intake manifold
Big tube headr

Put the car on the dyno. We notice it was make vacuum on high rpm and start to smoke can it be cause by too small of intake manifold the oil is passing by the valve seal has anyone have any idea.

Blue smoke. I don't have the data log.
We start running the car .it didn't smoke at first then starting to get up to higher rpm then it start to smoke . So we let the car cool down but it was make vacuum at 8000rpm we are thinking it was cause small intake manifold is why it's making vacuum

I hock up my old boost vacuum gauge up to it yesterday . At idle it was 11 vacuum then revving it goes up to 20

an intake manifold/TB too small can surely cause a restriction which vacuum can be seen once the efficiency of the intake manifold is overcome by the engine dynamics effectively choking the engine.

Do you have any crankcase ventilation? Sounds a bit like excessive crankcase pressure which is getting through the rings.

seems a bit of a "duh" moment considering your build revolves around race car status yet you are running an intake manifold designed for an engine NOTHING like yours.

It's possible, everything from intake valve size/ intake manifold volume/ throttle body diameter/ and camshaft duration and lift specs can cause vacuum at higher rpms. Maybe you need a bigger cam and intake manifold.

I knew I would have issues on makiing power with tb/ intake manifold but not like making vaccum . Is it possible that it push oil past the seal if there to much vacuum.

You might wanna check this again. Your idle vacuum is low, should be close to 20"hg and your wide open vacuum should go towards 0 as the throttle is opened.

Your engine meters off a map sensor so if your measurements were correct, I doubt the engine would run let well enough to dyno tune.

Where r u taking this reading?

Took readings off the map of the computer and I hooked up boost and vacuum gauge to see also.

no. think about it, 2" of vacuum at wot, vs 20" of vacuum at zero throttle. if vacuum pulled oil past the seals, it'd be sucking gallons of oil at low throttle.

smoke at wot is usually piston rings not sealing, or the crankcase is not vented well enough and is creating positive crankcase pressure

I get what ur saying but it still shouldn't be making vacuum at wot.I hook my catch can up from the two plugs on the back and another on from the original pvc hook up.

Your throttle body is too small.
