i'll start out with what im working with
-90 civic hatch
-B18a1/GSR LSV
-LS trans
-B16A P30 ecu(stock) and obd1 dizzy to match(i had to splice my obd0 plugs to the obd1 dizzy as the idiot who took the harness off the LS teggy i swiped it from at the yard just cut the plugs off)
-home done motor harness to best of my ability.

now the issues
-has a revving issue were the car will some times rev to 4500 tops then its random and doesnt run well when driving but idles just fine at 800-1k when warm.
-has no power in 3rd
-has the following codes
Code 6 Engine coolant temperature
Code 9 No.1 cylinder position sensor
Code 10 Intake air temperature sensor
Code 14 Idle air control valve or bad ECM
Code 20 Electric load detector

any help id appreciate very much.
