Hi guys, I have recently brought an highly modified Ep3. It comes with a lot of cool **** like AEM Cool air, Skunk2 exhaust, racing suspension and stuff... the list goes on (it was a show car before)
It is all very exciting, on top of all that it has a Apexi V-afcII mounted on the centre console. What is it doing there? Isn't it a bit pointless to put this on a stock K20a3 since it doesn't have a true v-tec.

I can't help but wonder if I have a a2 head, or even an a2 engine. Is there a way to identify an a2 head?

 

as far as it being an entire A2, look at the badge on the block.

 

check the stamp on the head.

 

if he's using a VAFC I doubt it has a head swap.. it wouldn't work that way.
