Sorry if this has been answered before but could I of messed anything up by removing the cluster and moving the car without cluster installed?

Previous owned screwed me over on this car, they took off the check engine and ABS lights to sell the car I figured this out when going to smog and failed as grosse polluter.

The only other thing I can think that I might have done wrong was lifting the car improperly? I never heard of any one messing up a car like that but I lifted the car with a floor jack on the sides at lift points because the o2 had wires cut ( found this out because it needed a new catalytic converter)

Any & all help would be greatly appreciated even a general direction on where to look because right now I'm lost. thanks for your time.

 

I forgot to mention the problem is when i put it in drive it lacks power like if transmission is going out but it was fine before cluster was removed. when i put it in reverse or d3 or d2 it has power

 

put the check engine light bulbs back in and see if there are any stored codes..or have it scanned
