2013 Civic, need more headroom. Lower seat, takeout headliner?

2013 Civic, need more headroom. Lower seat, takeout headliner?
Has anyone done any work on lowering the seat or trimming the headliner down on a 2013 Honda Civic EX-L to create more headroom? How about remove mechanical lowering handle to lower seat more?
