Default Getting a couple weird noises!

Hey guys, hopefully you can help me diagnose the sounds!
1st sound: It happens while at a stop. As soon as i accelerate ill hear a rattle sounds. Also sounds like a couple of plastic bags getting hit with strong wind. If you know what i mean. Itll go away as soon as i pick up speed. Ill hear it toward the front of the vehicle, more on drivers side only because window is open.
2nd Sound: When coming to a stop, itll sound like a stuttering grinding noise. Like sandpaper rubbing on any material. Ill hear like 5 of the stuttering noises right before i come to a stop. Also in same area.
3rd sound: While driving on freeway and i cruise at 70+, ill hear a whistle type sound, coming from same area. Sounds like if you were to leave your window cracked open on a windy day at home, that little whistle sound. Ill hear it, until i start to slow down. Anything under 70 i wont hear it.

For some reason im thinking it has something to do with catalytic convertor? Only because ive been losing alot of power lately. Driving uphill its hard enough to keep the car at 60mph even with foot all the way down on the pedal. The engine SOUNDS like im driving fast but its only because its taking alot just to even keep me at that speed. Even at a stop, from 0-60 it takes awhile to get too, my rpm will jump up pretty high as well if i floor it. Could these sounds have anything to do with catalytic?

The cat is easy to check. Craw under it and hit it with your hand, if it rattles, then it's no good and needs to be replace.

I checked heat shield on cat and it was a little loose . I made a custom clamp to hold it still and no more shaking from it. Just a quick fix to reduce some rattle, but i know it wont fix my loss of power. Im pretty sure the problem with all this is my catalytic though.

Check your flange where the muffler and middle exhaust connect sometimes the flange rusts out and your pipes will rattle like crazy,

When I first picked up my V the same noise was happening to me - I got under it to tighten/check the heat shield and the bolts came right off in my hand. 2 months later the O2 sensor and cat went bad and it was replaced anyway.

Okay, so u had the whistles and rattle n grinding sounds as well? When I made a clamp to hold heat shield since it was loose the bolts on it looked pretty bad. Like I could hammer it hard enough for the whole thing to just come off

RPM jumps goes high, but car doesn't move. Transmission is exactly what you described - unless high is 3k rpm, then that's normal slippage for an auto.
