body kits
i have a 93 del sol si, and i want to know which kind of car kit to buy. There is one problem, i live in houston and there are a lot of speed bumps. All i don't want to happen is find out the bumpers are hitting the speed bumps and they get all damages. The other thing is, should i get a spoiler and some clear tail lights? i don't want it to look like a ricer, but i need it to look a little better. I'm 16, at the age where everything depends on ur car. thanx, talk to yall later.
P.S. no, i am not spoiled, i bought the honda all by myself, and i want to make it look nicer.

If you wan't it to look better than don't by body kit. Invest in some VOLKS that will make it look alot nicer.
And please leave the tail lights alone. Altezza's do not make the car look nicer at least not IMO.

good luck getting ahold of a decent kit! they don't make very many 2 choose from and what they do mostly look like the wings west kit (blah) ... if i were you i would buy front and rear URETHANE lips! and some urethane sideskirts !

Get a 92-95 Civic front lip, take your side skirts and lip and get them color matched. Then Lower it. Ive noticed that sols look so much better lowered compared to other civics /integras that are lowered.. Get some nice wheels and you will be set for appearence. Also, yours is a si, so didnt it come with a stock wing?
shut the **** up jelly bean, i love my car. I guarantee u, the my car will kick ur cars ***. i don't know what u drive, i don't care what u drive, just trust me, honda didn't go wrong anywhere w/ the del sol, except for the rims, and the roof leaks. And, yeah, it did come w/ a spoiler, but the *** who owned the car before me took it off, cause he was so ****** short he couldn't see over the thing
I would go with the oem civic front lip because of the fit and the fact that they are easy to come by. They look nice, while allowing you to still cross over speedbumps and up driveways without concern. Most bodykits that I have run across have been fiberglass so I gave up on that.
