Default After d16y7 swap into 93 civic ?

I finshed my swap last night it is a d16y7 out of a 00 civic lx in to 93 civic lx . It has a y8 manifold with d15b7 throttlebody and injectors with y7 fuel rail . Well the question is after I start it the rpms jump all the way to 6k with out pressing the throttle and I have to shut it off or it will redline , anybody know what this might be ?

Throttle cable adjustment, if the throttle isn't open check for loose manifold bolts but that's pretty high even for a vacuum leak.
