1995 Honda Civic DX No start
Hello everyone, I'm sure it's been asked becuase I'm sure it's happened. I have a 1995 Honda Civic Dx that will try to turn over but won't. I'm not getting spark, but I have replaced the entire distributor, spark plugs and wires, alternator is good, battery is good (via checks and diagnosis). The main relay had cracked welding, so I re-welded and then just replaced with a new one, the ignition wiring harness is also new via a replacement. There is NO alarm/auto start hooked up. I have checked all the grounds and they are all clean and securely fastened. The CEL stays on and does not flash when I pull codes, I'm assuming this is a 0 code which is a bad ECU. Is there ANYTHING else that could be causing it to not turn over. And will the ECU if bad cause the fule pump not to prime? Thanks in advance!
