Default Radiator question

I searched, couldn't find anything with my exact question. Here it is:

I recently cracked my OEM plastic radiator at a track day and I'm thinking of upgrading rather than getting another OEM one so it won't happen again. I'm looking to get an aftermarket all-aluminum Koyo radiator. I have A/C and USDM OEM exhaust manifold + heat-shield. Will the radiator fit along with stock fans and heat shield?

I'm looking at this one: http://www.koyoradracing.com/product...asp?make=Acura p/n V080376
