GSR Cranks but doesn't start.
I recently did a GSR swap in my EK. I plugged up the harness and decided to run my P28 I had laying around. Last night when I tried starting it up the engine would only crank but wouldn't start. I waited for the fuel to circulate, that didn't help. I checked for spark and there's spark. Checked the fuel and there's fuel. The ECU is only throwing Code 21, which is the Vtec solenoid valve. Could that cause the engine not to turn on? What do you guys recommend me to do?
Also, what color is spark?
And when you say there's fuel, are you saying that the fuel pump primes or that the injectors are spraying fuel?
Have you checked the mechanical timing?

-Fuel pump is priming and injectors are all spraying fuel.
-Timing is good.
-It simply cranks but doesn't start, there's no stumble or anything.
Sprayed some starting fluid a few minutes ago but nothing.
When connected to the P28 ECU it only throws code 21 which is the vtec solenoid.
When connected to the OEM single cam ECU (d16y7) it only throws the IACV code.

-Spark is white/blue
-I checked all the grounds and they all seem fine, also, the ecu is a chipped p28. I'm starting to think that it has to do with the wiring.

-The spark plug wires are correctly put on. I still haven't checked the injector wiring though. Would I guide myself by the injector color wires?
-Another thing, do you believe that a mistake in the wire harness can cause the engine not to turn on?

^Exactly
How do you know the plug wires are installed correctly?
Have you checked the CEL codes after cranking the engine for 30 seconds?

-Is there some type of diagram/picture that will show me in which order the wires are supposed to go wired? To be honest I don't feel 100% sure that they're in the correct order.
-Yes I have, it still throws code 21

Do you know how the cylinders are ordered?
I inspected the injector wiring at it all seemed okay.
I'm thinking about just pulling out the whole harness and re-doing/checking everything all over again.

-Plug wires are good as well, checked the order in which they go.
I really hope it has something to do with the harness, maybe I made a mistake or something.
I used my stock single cam harness (D16Y7), and basically just did the following:
-Converted the IACV 3 plug into a 2 plug.
-Extended a few sensors.
-Ran the VTEC pressure switch/VTEC solenoid wiring.
I also took off my old single cam harness plugs that plug into the ECU because they were a tad bit damaged so just decided to change them out for some other single cam harness plugs, I basically just colored matched all the wires from the harness to the wires that the plugs had. One thing I did notice was that it had 2 identical looking brown wires and 2 identical looking yellow wires. Maybe I made a mistake somewhere around there.
Either way, I greatly appreciate your help.

I also didn't extend the O2 sensor, knock sensor or IAB because someone told me that my P28 ECU wouldn't look for those sensors, is that true?
