f20b ecu help
I got a 99 accord with a f20b swap with a obd2b to obd1 ecu jumper harness with a chipped obf1 ecu when I plug it in I have no fuel pump but when I plug in my cars stock ecu the fuel pump work is the a pin out difference?
I'm not sure what an obf1 ecu is.
Be that as it may, you need to also use an obd1 distributor and you also need a distributor conversion kit from rywire.com that moves your existing cyp and ckp sensor wires from the crank over to the distributor. They sell a kit for this purpose. Or you can wire it yourself. If you wire it yourself be sure to use shielded wire.

ok so if you take the jumper harness out and run your existing ecu the car starts but if you put the obd2b to obd1 harness and the obd1 ecu the car doesn't start ?
Obviously when you use the obd1 ecu you need the obd1 distributor and you need to have the ckp and cyp wiring ran from the crank to the distributor so it's not just plug and play when doing that. I think that your distributor wiring is not correct. I would put the wiring back the way it originally was and pick up an obd2b to obd1 distributor conversion kit from rywire.com

You could have easily found this out yourself. Both the distributor wiring diagrams OR a conversion harness by Rywire like holmes mentioned AND an ECU pinout for both your OEM ECM and your new ECM. Is it honestly that hard to even attempt to figure something out for yourself anymore? H-T makes me stupid..
