My distributor is bad in my 1995 Honda accord ex manual and I've been doing a lot of research to find a replacement and their is some very good prices on Ebay for some cheap ones around $60.00 The part # on my original one is D4t92-04 which apparently after doing some research correlates to the Ht01 distributor. Anyway I am wondering if the Distributor I need to purchase is internal or external? Are the ones on Ebay worth buying or should I go with the Hitachi or Richporter? Thank you!

 

I think the EXs were all internal, can't say whether ebay is good or not as I've never purchased from there.

 

Thank you very much, after a couple hours of digging I found out they are internal you are correct! Now the trouble is making sure they work for a Vtec -____-

 

I'd be more concerned with making sure the one you buy is OBD-I

That's the correct one for a 1995.

 

Keep us posted on the Richporter. I thought about buying one myself because my internal oil seal is leaking. Didn't though, I just bought the seal.
