Default WTH?!! Car dies and I get CEL 78...

LOL...okay so I've searched all over the web to see what CEL 78 could be and seems like all the answers are jokes that 78 doesn't exist. I've tested it over and over and sure enough....it's always 78...never changes. Here's a short video if you think I'm counting it incorrectly.

Well looks like I may have solved the issue. Turns out I had a few exposed wires from my OBD2 to OBD1 adapter that was possibly touching ground or something else. Cleaned that up and so far I've been driving all day and no CEL and engine runs perfectly fine now. The little crap that we tend to overlook I tell ya....

Can't run a 12.1:1 B20 Vtec motor with OBD2 lol. I wish I could...it would have made my life a whole lot easier.
