Default B16 first started now theres 3 cel's (help)

I have a b16A obd2 running on obd2 p30

the engine started yesterday and it ran good (no noise or hunting idle) but it is steady at 1400 rpm.
scan tool says 3 codes,
ect engine coolant temp -high circuit,
iat- high circuit
tps- high circuit
The engine temp is like -145 C

Im assuming its all one issue, could an engine ground or bad ground somewhere cause this. Unplugged the plugs and they were still reading the same.

really hope its not the ecu. Thanks.

list the code numbers, and the year and model of the car, wiring harness used and any mods.

97 ek civic, obd2a ex harness (not chopped, added secondary o2 sensor. b16a block, b16a2 head (milled head .01), skunk2 valve seal/LMA, BC valves, b16a springs,retainers, and cams. engine just assembled.

bump- first off, should I be treating each CEL separately. ill be testing power and ground to each sensor today. side note, tps was thrown on, not calibrated, and ckf/ secondary o2 sensor is not hooked up. Any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks.

I got it figured out. Thought I'd post in case anybody else has the same issue in the future. I had no ground on all 3 sensors. I added the secondary o2 sensor, and in doing so I removed D11 (sensor ground) and added the o2 sensor ground. The ground removed was the one I needed. jumped d11 (wire side) and had ground to all sensors...
Solution- plug D11 back in and body ground the o2 sensor.
