Default Suggestions on 95' LS

I am about ready to get my a b18c next month....but before I do I wanted a few other suggestions. Is it worth the money for a new motor, and a turbo, or just build my LS and turbo it. The only reason I ask is I wanted to build the LS first, but I think I might want to keep it in case something happens, I can spend a day and be back on the road. Please help.

I'm in exactly the same boat, and I've spent the past year researching every possible way to get the most bang for the buck out of my LS. Doing a straight N/A setup on a B18b1 is VERY expensive if plan on getting any decent power. LS/Vtec sounds like a good idea at first, but it's also expensive to do right, and make reliable. If it isn't done right, espically in the machine work, it can be a nightmare. I'd much rather go the CRVtec route as far as hybrid engines goes. A B18C1 or C5 swap overall is a good setup bost cost and preformance wise if you want to go the N/A route, assuming that you get a deal your happy with for the engine. However, I personally think that Turbo is the best way to go, as for under $2000-$3000, you can piece together a great custom setup, and have put down some very impressive numbers at a Dyno.
