1994 Accord Oil Leak [w/pictures]
Hey guys! So my accord just started leaking oil this week. It's a 1994 Accord LX, 5 speed, 141k miles. I have a picture of where the oil is leaking from... it is right under the oil filter in that little circle hole thing [sorry - no idea what it's called]. Anyone help me figure out why? Thanks in advance!

Are you 100% sure that it is not coming from the filter or the oil pressure switch above that? That plug that you are referring to is pretty rare to just spring a leak. Unless you have played around with it in the past?
If it is coming from that plug you can very easily tighten it up and it should seal. it uses BSP threads and is self sealing as you tighten it.
Most often oil found in this area will be leaking from the oil pressure switch or in some occasions it could be a double o-ring on the oil filter.

Thanks for the reply! So I tightened that screw just to make sure that wasn't the case, and I took off the oil filter and re-tightened it so it wasn't those two. I then tried looking at the oil sensor on top of the oil filter and sure enough it was leaking oil. Any idea how to remedy that?
If it is leaking between the threads you could try tightening it. It uses the same BSP threads and uses a tapered thread to seal. If you have any liquid Teflon you could try that on the threads as well. If it is leaking through the sides of the sensor you will have to replace the sensor.
The entire area is covered with oil. You need to do an engine wash under there. After you do that, you can spray it down with Brakleen to do a final clean. Drive it a little, then observe where exactly the leak is coming from. If you are unsure, you can clean it again with Brakleen. Do this several times until you see EXACTLY what is leaking. As GhostAccord said, it could be your oil filter, or your oil pressure sensor.
Does it trip oil overnight? Put a clean cardboard under the car overnight, then observe exactly where the drips are coming from, and work backward.

drain your oil
remove the filter
clean the area around the sensor with brake cleaner
remove the sensor.
clean sensor thread,
dry sensor area on block
put Teflon paste on sensor threads
re install sensor/filter/oil
