....or just the outer lip?

I have a set of black wheels on a White car with black highlights and I want to paint the outer lip white, leaving the rest of the wheel black. Do most people also paint the inner Wheel the same color of the outer lip?

 

depends on the look you're going for. basically picture it in your head and duplicate your thoughts. alot of people do alot of different things. try to do your own thing. that's where the most respect and props come from.... don't paint your rims a certain way just because alot of other people do it like that.
