Default WTB 88-91 CRX Power Folding Mirrors and accessories

Looking for a set of Power Folding mirrors for 1988-1991 CRX's. If additional accessories available (Switch, wiring, blank door caps) I would also be interested in those as well. I have factory mirrors and interior pieces if needed for transaction.

Any pictures or sellers interested, pics and/or replies would be appreciated at caded@lhd3.navy.mil

Thanks,

Chris

do you have a picture of the mirror base? if you cant find one, it's possible 86-89 accord power folding mirrors will fit, they are hard enough to find, i dont know how rare the crx mirrors are, the accord mirrors have to be removed from the jdm mounting base and swapped to a usdm base, but thats a simple job, they may swap to a crx mirror mounting base, as far as a switch, if you cant find one, all of the Honda power folding mirrors of this era use a simple 12 volt trigger to fold and unfold, you can use a factory usdm mirror switch in your crx, and hide a simple pushbutton to make the mirrors fold/unfold, you just need the control box

Usdm base and jdm bases usually swap, you use usdm crx bases,on mine it was a couple of screws, very easy, the only minor issue was having to cut off the factory plug, the wires are the same as usdm with two extra motor wires per mirror

The bases will not interchange. Hb and crx are close. But a sedan is way off. The doors section where it mounts are completely different shapes. Ive had them all.

As for the wiring the colors are the same but they aren't the same. You have to remember they are reversed due to rhd vs lhd. I have wired them all.

i'm talking about the mirror coming off it's base and mounting to the usdm base that fits the car, thats how I did the ones on my 86 accord, the jdm bases dont fit the car, but the mirrors attached to the USDM bases with no issues, two mounting screws and feed the wires through the rubber base and thats it, the wiring wasnt reversed on mine either, left mirror is still left mirror, and right mirror is still right mirror up and down and left and right are the same no matter what side of the car you sit on
