Default 92 civic ex 1.6

Have some problems with my car. My car runs fine once it's starts. It can take up to 20 minutes to get the car started . The check engine light stays on then after a few minutes you will hear the main relay click the check engine light will go off and the fuel pump will prime and the car starts fine .the car starts faster when it's hot out 1-5 minutes and up to 20 when cold . Tried to pull the code but no code. Put in new main relays. plugs and wires cap and rotor less than a year old.fuel pump and icm less than less than a year old . Check my grounds all good . Need help .

I had a problem like this with my eclipse once. When it was cold out it took forever to get it started and you had to prime the fuel pump 3 to 4 times. But in the summer it would start and run just fine. And after the first cold start it would start right up every time. Turns out it was the fuel pressure regulator (fpr). But like I said that was an eclipse so not sure how true that would be for a civic but I would look into it. Also if your tank had a lot of dirt in it when you changed the pump its possible that it may be clogged. It sounds like its starving for fuel to me. But these are just some suggestions so if you figure it out let us know. Hope any of this helped.
