Default 95 integra gsr issue with video

Theres the video hard to explain.
But ok if i dont let my integra get to normal operating temps it does what shown in the video almost like a lag.
It does stop doing it after it gets warmed up.

Also the idle fluctuates while warming up from all the way down to 100 rpms an acts like its going to shut off then it gos back to normal 700rpm idle an it does that a few times till getting warmed up.

But the video shows what happens if i just take off an let it warm up while driving. You see the rpms dont suddenly drop but you can hear the motor almost like choke itself out for a min or something.
Im stumped please help.

95 integra ls with gsr motor an tranny
Competition clutch Lightweight flywheel
skunk 2 camber kit
skunk 2 coilovers an lowering springs
AEM short ram cold air intake
DC headers
Performance Japan NgK plugs an wires
Password jdm sway bars
asb rear brace
walboro 255 fuel pump
dinan ecu tuned.

Also i kno the abs light is on an the e-brake light is on.
The abs is just the sensor in the back right is dirty
an to be honest idk why the e-brake light is on still but ive checked the fluids an there fine...

ECT sensor, if defective you may be running lean untill it warms up.

A defective ECT sensor would normally continue to run engine rich once warmed up, but anything is possible.94
