I got a k20a2 in my 2002 ep3 with kpro and its been good so far but 3 days ago my mph and vtec dont work, as well after a while my eps and engine light comes on and it is a vss malfunction.I replace the vss and that didnt work.
I also change the gear option on kpro to ep si.Ive checked all the fuses everything is good so somebody please help

P0500 and p01106 and after a while the eps comes on but when I turn it of that doesn't happen but my mph and vtec don't work

 

There is a connection underneath the intake manifold that I got a bit dirty when i was bleeding the slave cylinder I cleaned the outside but not the inside i think that could be it but I'm not sure so you guys let me know
