Default 96 civic vs del sol

so i want to do the same thing to either car...which one would look better with this stuff

i like the del sol because the top can come off
i like the civic sedan or hatch because cops aren't as attracted to them if they look stock.
i am in california, and i do need to be legal. also what would insurance be for 16 yr old, good student, 3rd policy on each car w/these mods?

the b16a will be a 30hp gain, then the edelbrock turbo kit states 60% of original engine, so 220 hp on a b16a. not including light build so i don't blow the engine, so thats about 240. custom 3" exhaust another 10hp. 250 hp and that's a little underestimated. it's about 18k for all brand new stuff, but i'll probably try to find a lightly used b16, lightly used wheels for probably 3k altogether, then new turbo kit 4k, integra seats for probably 500 reupholstered and installed, maybe some used coilovers but i think those should be new 1200, fatmat 200, mild engine build 1.5k, full shell clean $300, paint job 500, gauges 150, exhaust 600, all of the stuff from andysautosport 1.5k
so thats probably around 12k i mean 12k into a civic is a bit but for turbo and all that i could probably keep it until the end of high school and sell it on craigslist for probably 5-8k because
b16 turbo (legal)
mild build (legal)
clean title
wheels
sound system
i might not even go turbo im not sure

^After reading post #4....my mind for sure = blown now...

$3k for used wheels....really?
Then you say $500 for a paint job...wowserz! I think you did that math backwards.

"Full shell clean"....?

It is recommended for people who join this site and post, to just sit back and lurk for a while, that is if you dont want hurt feelers.

You must have not known nothing about GDD when you posted your wish list there. That is a place where naive people with questions like those will be chewed up and spit out.
