Does anyone know the location of the AC accumulator/drier on a 2008 Civic DX and have instructions on how to replace it? Thanks

 

You probably don't need one. If you have to ask where it is, you probably can't fix it either.

What sort of issue are you having?

 

Did some research. The accumulator/drier is located to the left of the passenger headlight attached to the condenser. It must be replaced if the AC system is exposed to atmosphere. Since I had to replace the compressor, I replaced the drier as well. The front bumper cover must be removed to replace the drier. The clutch on my compressor failed so I did the job. Quote from Honda to do this job was $1800. Do it yourself kit from Discount AC Parts is $300.
