1999 Accord Distributor Issue?
So....what I've been thinking was an ignition switch issue I'm now wondering if it's the distributor.
Car randomly dies at slow speeds (like approaching a stop sign) and has trouble starting thereafter. It'll crank but not start.
Whenever this happens I've noticed that if I just leave the key in the ON position for a while I'll hear a click and the immobilizer light will come on as well as the green circle around D. Then it starts up.
All that lead me to believe it was the switch, but I have tried two different switches and the current switch is brand new OEM I just installed.
Distributor? Thoughts?

I'll pull it and check the solder joints again...but it looked ok.
I'm not real technical with cars, but I didn't think main relay would cause a running car to die while driving. I could understand that causing ignition issues. Can a bad main relay cause a running car to stall out?

Alright, died 5 times on way home from work. Put in a new main relay even though the old one looks fine. Drove around for a minute and it seemed fine but the problem is so random I won't know for sure for a few days.
I had checked the main relay before and it looked fine which is why I ruled it out. All the solder joints look just like the new main relay I just bought.
It was main relay. Haven't had a problem since. The problems were starting to happen daily so I'm pretty sure this solved it. I fooled myself before when I replaced the ignition switch as the problem was so random it was hard to tell.
Since my old solder joints looked fine I bought a brand new main relay and it works.
