I've done it without dash removal, but you'll be using an assortment or flex ratchets, extensions, wobblies, and long or deep sockets. Or even open ended wrenches, I can't remember.
**** pulling the dash I installed the da 15/16 master and booster without removing dash and Im 6,5 ... gonna tighten it down tomorrow
If I can do it anyone can and I have huge freaking hands

You do not need to remove dash. I was able to do this with a ratchet and wrenches. Just takes time and patience. I found the easiest way is to recline your drivers seat and lay stomach up on seat with your heat under dash. Also, if using a ratchet for the top right bolt make sure you disconnect ratchet and tighten with wrench the rest of the way otherwise you wont be able to get ratchet off. I drove around for over a month with my ratched stuck on that bolt from making this mistake.

Dont pull the dash!!! way too much work.
I took my seat out of the car to get the most room, just lay on you back and go slow. its a b*tch nut forsure, but its not impossible.
Used a 1/4 drive with a small swivel
