Default Want to swap my ECU

Im wanting to swap my ECU but not sure which to go with. Currently i have an 89 CRX Si with a B16a Vtec in it and a PW0 ECU this is my daily driver and soon to be weekend track car. Id like something that doesnt have and speed governor on it and something that can be easily tuned.

Convert to OBD-1

You could get your PW0 chipped and tuned, but not as many people tune OBD-0.

Obd1 conversion was disappointing to me. I had a great obd0 tune from wicked innovation in RI. Tom is the man and my b16 ran awesome. The down side is you need to send them your ecu.

For the obd1 conversion do I just need the harness and distributor? I have plans for further mods so it'll need to be dyno tuned eventually so I guess the obd1 would be better
