I swapped a b18b1 into my crx I bought the motor off a guy it has s1 stamped on the tranny but my question is the half shaft will bolt onto the block but isn't all the way into my tranny it's leaking a good bit of fluid plz help thanks

 

What axle seal and intermediate shaft are you using?

 

I'm not sure it came with the motor I dropped it in my crx and have noticed it leaking looked underneath and seen the halfshaft was bolted to the block but not all the way into the tranny it's an s1 trans

 

This is a '90 - '93 Integra intermediate shaft an axles. '94 - '01 has a female joint on the driver's side axle, male on the intermediate shaft. It doesn't matter which you have, but you need to make sure that whatever intermediate shaft was used, you also have the corresponding driver' side axle seal.

 

Could it be an automatic halfshaft? I was told they were shorter that's why the shaft won't fit right and do you know what the s1 tranny's are from I've heard of the ys1 but not the s1
