Default 92 honda civic sedan dx ac troubleshooting

hello folks. i have a 92 honda civic sedan dx. i just change out the drier, ac compressor, expansion valve, climate control, new belts on my car. i went to a local mechanic shop and have the freon charge in. i have no leaks and my ac will blow out cold air for a good 5-10 mins after that ac compressor will shut off. i turn off the car and let it sit for like a good 10 min and turn it back on. the ac will kick back on and it will be cold again but will shut off after 5-10 min. does anyone know what causes this? can it be a bad relay? or pressure switch?

Does the condenser fan also shut off when the compressor clutch disengages or does the fan continue running?

Been good. Thanks.

This^ rules out the pressure switch, thermostat, and heater control panel.

The problem could be a bad compressor clutch relay, ECU, or compressor clutch (gap or coil). Start by testing the relay, the armature plate/pulley gap, and the field coil.

the ac compressor is brand new from the local auto part store. that same problem was doing with the old ac compressor so i bought a new one thinking it that was the problem but it wasn't.

if its not the relay, the last resort will be the ecu?

One step at a time. Start with the clutch relay. Test it or swap it with the condenser fan relay to see whether the compressor now operates properly.
