Icon6 wiring issues 1995 integra b18b1 swap into 1996 honda civic nonvtec

Hello, I just recently swapped my b1b81 integra LS motor into my 1996 honda civic lx 4dr and I thought everything with the wire harness would be plug n play but I didn't know they switched the wiring on the 1996 from the 1995 civic til after the fact. I have the b18b1 ls engine harness and computer from my old integra but the 3 plugs on either side dont have anything to plug into, because the entire harness came out attached to the d16y8 engine that ran straight to the computer with different plugs than the ls computer. So I'm wondering if there is some kind of adapter or special harness i need? Any feedback I'd appreciate it very much thanks!
