Hey guys. I have 03 civic thats been overheating because it the fan doesnt work properly it comes on for like 3 seconds and it turns off... The coolant starts leaking out of overflow tank cap. Now all four cylinders started misfiring.
What you guys think can cause the overheating problem? Also do i have burnt valves?

 

I would suspect damage to the spark plugs due to a blown head gasket letting coolant get to them.
