Ok so i have a 99 civic DX 2dr. basically my pops has a 69 vette that he tracks with and recently he bought new seats for his car, hes always had this old recaro in the car since as long as i could remember(im 24 years old now). Ive always loved the seat and always loved the way it felt sitting. now since he got new corbeau seats i wanted to put his recaro into my car as a tribute to him for really getting me into cars and everything.

The seat is super old, so i am unsure if its any different than the new recaros... So basically i was wondering which sliders could i get that A-bolt up to the seats 4 holes for the rails and B-Bolt up to the 4 existing factory bracket holes in my 99 civic dx 2dr. Only need one bracket/slider being that he only had one recaro in the car.

You're aiming for a very...unique setup. Call Recaro and ask them about rails.

the bolt holes on the seat itself are about 10.5inches or about 270mm apart from each other on the same side(back hole left side to front hole left side) the holes measure around 16inches across from back bolt hole left side to back bolt hole right side.

idk it this helps as far as comparing to newer recaros

 

Call Recaro and stop wasting time posting here. The setup you're asking about is so off the wall I can almost guarantee that no one will have done it.

 

Thank you for your reply i am currently stripping the sound deadening out and going to am respraying my car. so time is not to much of an issue i can always put my stock seats back in but i appreciate your urgency ....

as for calling recaro, i went to their contact page of their website and tried calling but none of the #'s worked(lol). if you be kind enough to post their number that would be very helpful.... will update thread with their response.
