sticky throttle wtf

I have a 99 civic with 2001 integra engine in it. my throttle keeps sticking and it happens mainly when I'm stopped but occasionally when I am driving. help to fix it???

Adjust the throttle cable. or if the bore of the tb is gunked up get some brake clean and spray it in the tb.

What throttle cable are you using? You might have the wrong one.

its not gunked up. but I can try adjusting it. I also tried moving that black piece and that helped at first but its happening again
