Throttle getting stuck
I'm not sure what to do with this one. Needs some suggestions.
When I'm driving my throttle will get stuck at 3000rpm and I gotta dig it out with my foot. After riding and comin to a stop it idle at 1000-1300 up and down.
Then I dig it out with my foot and it sits at 1000. I've adjusted the throttle cable several times. I've put wd40 on the actually spring and it didn't help. Lol

Exactly- carbon buildup inside throttle body. With the engine running and intake tube off, spray intake cleaner inside the throttle body while throttling the engine by hand(to keep it from stalling and vary the degree that its opened). After this, shut it down. Now clean whatever is left out by hand.
When you dig the pedal out its pushing the cable. The way the cable is mounted to the throttle I don't think it can push it shut. My guess is your pedal is sticking. Get down there and check it out. You can separate the cable from the throttle and then move the pedal and throttle independently and that will let you know what is sticking. It also could be damage to the cable itself.
