Some rust (starting to bubble)
Windshield cracked not in line of sight
One vent cover for hvac missing

I just did a quick KBB of it...$4700. I think it's listed at a pretty fair price.

 

I also did a quick kbb check.
3700 fair private party. We're you looking at retail? Best way to look at a starting point is dealer trade value. That's much lower.

 

When I put it in it was good condition. It's a Honda though. How rare do you see them actually sell for KBB value. Nine times out of ten they sell for more. Plus 5k is a starting point...cuz everyone and their moms low ball the sh*t out of people now a days.

Hmmm, in my experience they sell for at least 10-15% less than kbb. 15-20 crvs posted daily on cl with similar miles and condition ranging from 2k-6k and I know they get relisted all the time.
I know because my friend is a wholesaler and buys dozens of Hondas a month....

Its a fair price. I dont see why people have to come and bash on others. If you were the seller you would want it the same way. If you dont like the price move on. Simple. Great car great price
